Rudi has qualified as an accountant and subsequently completed his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) through Henley Business School. Rudi has extensive experience with the financial services industry, IT industry and has been in senior management in various roles throughout his career. Rudi also has a Business Advising Qualification and is registered as a Certified Business Broker (CBB) with the Certified Business Broker Council (CBBC).

Wade Wittstock has a Higher Certificate in Financial Planning and has worked in a multitude of fields including medical aid and short-term insurance as well as financial planning for over 15 years. His passion has been working with clients to achieve financial goals. He has a deeper understanding of client relationship management and creating partnerships. Wade carries this passion and skill over to offer clients results that are beneficial to both buyer and seller.

Joe de Gouveia has over 30 years of experience as an Entrepreneur, understanding every aspect of running a business. Joseph has extensive knowledge in the Food, Retail, and Automotive Industries, with a comprehensive understanding of the needs and frustrations of the buyer/seller to sell a business. He offer a unique experience since he sold businesses, ran businesses and is operating as a business broker

Rudi, Wade and Joe are registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC).
